Highly rated, good quality flat iron for hair styling; straightens hair and makes great curls. I found that the vibrate function did help my hair glide through a little easier, but if you don't like it you don't have to turn it on! See last photo for specific features, which came off the Chatters website. Have had this for a few years and it's in great used condition; still heats up quickly and evenly to the proper temperature with no issues, and the vibrate function works perfectly. Swivels easily but squeaks a bit! No big scratches or marks, etc. I also gave it a clean both on the plates themselves and the body.
