Sleeveless dress with V-neck from Kenneth Cole New York. Fully lined. A-line skirt is 28 inches at waist. Skirt length is 19 inches and has a nice, flowy look. Zipper in back. The size is UK medium which is probably a US size 8 - 10. The dress is in great condition and was only worn occasionally.
