Kenneth Cole Reaction two piece

So this is absolutely one on my favourite pieces from my closet. Two piece outfit Black and pink Skirt is a size medium and has three thin layers of fabric, two of which are ribbon pleats that descend from an elastic waist. The movement of this skirt is simply eye catching. I tried to capture it in the video but it doesn’t do it justice. The top is the matching top but in a size large. It has a faux zipper on the side with ruching gathering along the zipper.
