Kensie Dresses blue lace high neck midi dress size 12

Blue lace overlaying black gives this dress a bit of a formal look, especially with the high neck. There is a clasp inside to keep the inner layer in place. Bobbley black balls are in place of buttons. The very top bobble is a bit difficult to fit in it's place, but it does work.
