Kensie Floral Dress with Removable/Adjustable Straps Size 4

Brand new with tags, just collecting dust in my closet. Straps are adjustable and could also be removed for a strapless look. There is a hidden side zipper. See photos for measurements. Note: There is a pull on the front of the dress in the layer over the black lining (see video) which is covered by other layers of the dress so it’s not very noticeable. Smoke free home.
