Kensie Viscose Dress with hanging pockets

Bright orange dress with short sleeves and a gathered waist. Perfect for casual outings. Bottom has an elastic to give the dress a more puffier bottom. If that makes sense. Or should I say fuller look. Pockets are hanging on each side. Excellent condition and very cute. 95% viscose and 5% spandes.
