Keyhole floral print blouse

Pretty floral top with elastic at cuffs and keyhole with a tie at the collar. The brand/size tag has been removed. Please see photos for lay flat measurements. The body is lined while the sleeves are not. The fabric also has gold thread detail running vertically throughout.
