Kids "TreeHouse" Book Lot (4 pc) Includes 13, 26, 39th Story Treehouse & the "Fun Book" Activity one. These books are typically $16-18 each but worth it because they are such a fun read. These books would suit 8-11 year olds in my opinion. Pages in good condition but *please note* my husband fixed spine of 39th with duct tape, and about 12 of the activity pages were finished with pencil so I've erased them so the book wouldn't go to waste (accounted for in price).
