Kids winter jacket

Size 7 gray winter jacket. The hood is detachable Brand is Gusti The jacket also has 3M scotchlite reflective material. We did get a lot of use out of this jacket however overtime there are a few tares on each sleeve. See photos. I don’t know how to sew but I’m pretty sure they can be patched up or sewn.
