Killtec Technical Outdoor Black jacket. Water resistant, breathable, Windproof

Killtec Black level 3 bomber style jacket. Maximum windproof, water resistant plus breathable. My brother in law bought this on BC Ferries ( over $150) and wore it a few times but didn’t take it home because it was too tight. Collar ( no hood). Zip front hip Pockets, zip left arm pocket. Inside toggle bottom hem adjustable. This is a Spring Fall type weight fabric The arms are 29.5” measured starting from Shoulders. Flat laying from armpit across to armpit is 24”
