Absolutely beautiful Canadian tartan kilted skirt! 100 💯 vintage wool. Very good condition. Button has been moved and added to provide more sizing options. This is Canada’s official tartan. Maple. It was designed to represent the maple leaf in the four seasons. Red, green, gold and brown for winter. The white stripe on this version is actually a ‘dress’ version that can be added to any tartan to make it ‘pop’. This is nice generous sizing. A vintage 18 it fits my size 12, 31 inch waist well. Button has been moved and can be moved again or a second added to give another couple inches. Classic midi length. Great swing and a good heavy tartan. At least 14 oz wool maybe 16. Heavier than a lot of ladies kilt wool which is often 10 oz. I just don’t find I reach for it. Prefer my maxi length kilts.
