• Blue and white striped mini dress with "sexy" cutouts on the sides and a button up back from Urban Outfitters. • This is a very form fitting dress, the material has a little bit of a stretch. • PLEASE NOTE: The right strap was carefully re-stitched into place (as shown in photo number 5) as it was coming undone at one point.
