Kimchi Blue Embroidered Black Shorts

Black cotton embroidered/lacy shorts from Kimchi Blue (Urban Outfitters house brand some years ago). I love these ultra high-waisted shorts for many summers but the time has come to pare down my shorts collection! Interior cotton liner so you don't see through the embroidery/cutouts (see pics). No pockets. Elasticated waistband with a scalloped hem. Measurements: Waist, laid flat: 13 1/2" Rise: 12" Inseam: 1 1/2"
