Kimchi Blue lace peplum top

Beautiful lace peplum top with high neck. Keyhole with Button at back of neck. Looks great with a fancy bralett underneath or an ivory cropped tank top! Fabric falls on body, not like picture showing with flare out- just for pics I laid it like that. EUC.
