Kimchi Blue party top - faux velvet dark blue - size large

Cute faux velvet top purchased from Urban Outfitters about a decade ago. I’ve only worn it once or twice and it no longer suits my style. Measurement pit to pit is 19 inches. 100% polyester. Comes from a non-smoking home. While I’m a proud dog mama, I do my best to remove evidence of Moose’s fur on any items I send out.
