A set of a silver plated tea pot, a sugar bowl and creamer made by McGlashan Clarke in their King's Plate line in Canada paired with a footed platter by Essay Plate. All have brass as their base metal. McGlashan Clarke closed in 1955 so the set is likely from the 1940s. The platter has a floral design and has some scratches that may not be visible in the pictures. The King's Plate pieces are decorated with ornate feet and handles. There is some tarnish that I haven't cleaned up especially on 1 edge of the platter. I almost had a coffee pot to go with the set but, like a tyro, I walked away from the online auction with 8 seconds to go and someone outbid me.
The tea pot is 7 3/4" tall and 4 " between the handle and spout.
The sugar bowl is 4" tall with the lid and is 3" between the handle and spout.
The creamer is 3" tall and 2" wide.
The platter is just under 14 1/2" across and 1 3/4" tall.
