According to the Kipling website: "Exterior: Nylon / Interior: Recycled Polyester Dimensions: 22.75"L x 12.5"H x 7.75"D Volume: 26L Drop handle: 7.75" Front zip pocket Dual carry handles Internal zip pocket" I find it measures a little taller, more like 14.5", but I'm measuring it while laid flat, and they're likely measuring it while full. Please keep in mind that the current version of the Art tote has a trolly sleeve, while this is an earlier version which doesn't have a trolly sleeve.
