Kismet Black and White Polka Dot Dress

Black and white polka dot dress from Kismet. Has removable waist tie. Fake wrap skirt (see video). I had a small snap added to the neckline because I found it too low but that can be removed. It is a little more sheer (it is white after all) so I always wore shorts and a nice bralette but a slip would do the trick too. Fabric has a little bit of stretch and there’s elastic at the back of the waist. Bust with snap undone: ~18 3/4” Bust with snap done: 17.5” Waist: 16” unstretched Length: 36”
