Hi Kim.....I saw your counter offer and I must decline. This bag retails for $226.00 CAD. It's never been used other than trying it out with my stuff loaded for "fit". I will not go lower than the $85.00 I have it listed for. I think it's a fair price for this bag. Thanks for your interest.
