Kit and Ace Coastline Charcoal Grey Hugh Rise Trouser Pants

Reposhing this item I purchased from @liv_harvey97. Thought I had taken measurements correctly, but these do not fit me. Tag says women's size 6 but they fit more like a 2 or a 4. (I have other Kit & Ace pants size 6 that fit wonderful, so not sure why they are so different) Measurements laying flat: Waist: just under 14" Rise: 12" Inseam: 24.5" Questions?
