Never worn, accidentally bought the wrong size online and I just want some of my money back! julesanima @ramyot59 absolutely! The measurement I got was 35 cm flat, but as it's adjustable to be made tighter, it can fit my 27 waist, so I'd say it'd fit anyone from 28-37cm!!
