Just attach this (small scale) stainless steel bowl to your stand mixer, pop on the included stainless steel whip attachment and voila! You’ve instantly created a stand mixer for those smaller mixing jobs… think egg whites or icing. The large capacity stand mixers are great but not when the volume of your ingredients is too small to be effectively mixed in the larger bowl. I used this on my KitchenAid 6 Quart Bowl Lift model.
