Knee high Black Leather Heel Boots by Browns size 38.5 B

These boots were only worn around twice and purchased from Holt Renfrew when I was 18. The heel is just under 3.5 inches and they have a square toe. The small amount of markings are literally from kicking around in apartments rather than normal wear and tear outdoors, and many of the small markings can even likely be wiped off with a bit of vigour! They are even still shiny! They cost me around $230 then, and I would place them at over $300 new now. I feel like these are closer to size 39 than 38.They are made in Italy. The Browns brand is marked inside the shoe but I am unable to take a proper photo inside.
