Knee high or over the knee boots - worn once

Brand is Steve Madden for exposure - purchased at Journey’s but this brand isn’t on posh Worn once - these boots are over the knee boots and stay up with a tie at the top or they can be slouched and folded under to create the knee high look - very versatile. These boots have no sign of wear other than the sole being scratched/cracked. These were too tight for me with a thick sock. Narrow fit size 8 - probably could fit a size 7.5 though.
