Knee length black suede pencil skirt (vintage)

Reposhing this item from katetren This is a vintage, suede black knee length skirt. Comes with a small slit in the front, a zip parallel to the top. Non-stretch Unfortunately this skirt is a little to big for me -it fits, but it has a more relaxed fit to it, whereas I would prefer a more fitted look. I would recommend this to someone with measurements 1 inch bigger than me, OR someone who is able to tailor this to fit them to their liking. Measurements while flat: Waist: 15 inches Hips: 19 inches Length: 22 inches Please cross reference to items you already own to get a good idea about the size and fit of this item. Double the measures above to get the circumference. For further reference, my measurements are: 29 (waist), 39.5 (hips), 20 (pelvis to knee); my height is 166cm/65.5 inches.
