Dark navy blue knit dress with scalloped edging on the bottom hem. Matching sweater with three quarter sleeves and scalloped edging around collar, front and hem. Black ribbon tie completes the look and ties in the front on the sweater. The dress is such a dark navy that it almost looks black. The tag was removed on the sweater only, simply because it itched. See last pic.

Hi, the dress is 47 inches long to the bottom of the scallop, waist is 48 inches,
Sweater is 24 inches long, the sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff is 20 inches. The sleeves are 17 inches around. It’s a knot dress so there is stretch available if need be.
