Knit dress cowl or off the shoulder

Gorgeous fabric Comfiest dress I’ve ever put on! It says size 4 on the tag but has a baggy fit on even a size medium. I am a medium and found this fit like intended. Very oversized, midi length as well Can wear as a cowl or folded down over the shoulders Very stretchy, has a good hold for wearing over the shoulders Canadian designer, made in Canada too!
