Knitted bright green scoop neck tank with fringe detail

This is a handmade vintage item 💚 It was made in the 60s and it was well loved and taken care of, however there are a few snags. It fits between an XS or a S. For reference, I am 5'4" with a 28 inch waist and 27 inch bust.
