Discontinued Espresso/Demitasse Cup and Saucer Set by Könitz Made of Porcelain in Germany Cup Features Black and White (Holstein) Cows Set Against a Blue Background on White Base. Saucer is White with Black and White Cow Spots. Cup Measures Approx. 2 1/8" High and 2 1/8" Across at Mouth Saucer Measures Approx. 4 3/4" in Diameter Cup has Approx. 70ml Liquid Capacity Pieces are Used. No Cracks. May Have Light Surface Scratches. Unglazed Base Rings Have Marks and Scuffing, Pin-Point Chips- Possibly Maker-Made. Interior to Cup's White is Splotchy or Patchy in Areas, With Tone of White Varying. Not Immediately Noticeable. Said Areas are Smoothe to the Touch. Do Not Know if it is Wear or Maker-Made. Appears to Be Glazed Over.
