Beautiful under piece - 62% nylon and 38% spandex. Size is XL however I would say it is a "small XL" or a "large / large". measurements are in the pictures. Pads in cups are NOT removable. New without tags. Tried it in, just a little snug on me. Missed the deadline to return.

@alice_luong hi. Just posted a few more pictures. Hard to capture. Yes pads are in the garment. They do not come out. Hope that helps
