how is the boob spillage on the sides? in the first picture (I know the model has a much smaller size but) the straps look kind of narrow, allowing for potential spillage for those with a broad chest. hopefully that makes sense....

So I didn't have any issues just now, and it helps that the edges don't dig in, so it doesn't make what IS there look worse, if that makes sense.
