Knox Rose Sleeveless Tunic/Mini Dress Size Small

Purchased pre-owned but I find it too big on me. Could be worn as a tunic or a mini. Eyelash/fringe detail around the neck, arms and hem, gold and bronze beading on the chest. Made of light, gauzy rayon. Color is hard to describe (dark rose or washed out/faded red?). See photos for measurements. Smoke free home.
