This is a one shouldered smocked bottom cocktail dress Brand new with tags attached AUS size 38 equivalent to a women’s size 7 For reference I wear a 28 Jean and a small/medium size top with a 34DD bra size. Given the smocked nature of the bottom of the dress it would comfortably fit a range of sizes
