Korean style mustard top

Hi! This is a Korean style top with scalloped pattern lace. 3/4 length sleeves with double flared bell cuffs (if that makes sense, didn't know how to describe it) 😋. Very pretty. It is lined inside. Does not stretch. Does not wrinkle! Does not have a size tag (pls go by the measurements) . Bought in Korea many many many years ago! Doesn't fit anymore. New used conditions. 9/10.
