They did a few variations of the upside down glass look for candle stick holders. These ones have a beautiful etched tulip 🌷 motif. Guessing these are Y2K as tulips were trending. Pre-owned in good pre-owned condition. Minimal signs of normal use. No chips or cracks. Beautiful clarity in the glass. Approx measurements 3 inches tall 3 1/4 inch diameter opening 1 inch diameter (thicker candle sticks will work) I have more crystal and glass candle holders & glassware in my closet. Some vintage.
