Kuromi Enameled Brooch

Well it looks like Kuromi is up to no good... must be her cheeky side coming out. This is a substantial brooch that has thick enamel used for the graphic. It would be best suited for a jacket or a bag because it is a bit heavy. The little paint can at the bottom moves back and forth!
