This is in excellent condition. It’s made of a textured fabric, has front darts for shaping and a small front pocket. The fabric is fairly lightweight but holds in shape well. It looks and feels like a cotton garment though it is a cotton rayon blend. It’s wrinkle resistant and can be washed at home. No stretch. It’s sized as a small but seems to measure a bit larger.
