LADIES DRESS BY ZEIN

This is a lovely dark blue dress with white polka dots on the top and bottom. The very bottom of the dress has a dark blue and white floral pattern. There no sleeves and zips up in the back. The label says it is size L, but the person modelling the dress is a size 6 to 8 and is 5' 3" tall. The waist has pleats that are about 2" wide and the dress is also fully lined. The dress is in new condition although it has been worn a few times. It is fully washable in gentle cycle with cold water and then hung to dry.
