Hi there, the blouse didn't come with it, unfortunately. I am a small generally and it fits me fine. I am 5'5 and 130
Pounds and I wear jeans that are anywhere from 27 to 29 waist. It has some spandex so it's also flexible.

@virgiliosonia hi there. I am 5"5 and 125-130 pounds. I wear jeans that are a 27 to 29 but can go as low as a 26. But this was an easy fit for me. It also has spandex in it and is a comfortable fit
