LANVIN FOR H&M ruffle mini skirt

Very cool piece from the Lanvin for H&M collection from 2010. Oversized side flounce on a very mini skirt creates plenty of drama and whimsy. Love this done casually with a graphic tee and coloured tights but it would be perfect for a cocktail look as well. Fabric and size tag have been removed. Waist 30” Length approx 14”
