LAPIS Anthropologie Strapless Dress Maxi Skirt Convertible Hemline Ruffle Boho

Lapis Anthropologie taupe coloured dress with stylized floral pattern. Ruched elastic top makes this very versatile, wear it as a strapless dress or as a maxi skirt. Buttons and ribbons on the inside bottom of skirt allow this dress to have a totally different hemline, looks like it is ruffled or gathered when you do up the buttons to gather the hem on the inside. No material tag, I washed this in cold water and hung to dry. The fabric is a bit like organza on the skirt portion. The top of the skirt is a dark colour on the inside so no slip needed, last photo of garment turned inside out. Tag states one size. The tube top is very stretchy. Please see photos for approximate measurements. Top of dress to hem 35" with no ruffle, 29" with, pit to pit 11.5", this has a lot of stretch.
