Fabulously charming and bursting with awesome Y2K era style and design, this beautiful vintage pencil skirt is featherlight but huge on feminine loveliness! Hailing from the brand Lapis, this well-made skirt is comprised of a floral print outer layer over a solid black inner layer. Both layers are very lightweight and likely made from polyester or a polyester blend (the fabric content tag is no longer present).
