Fabulously charming and bursting with awesome Y2K era style and design, this beautiful vintage pencil skirt is featherlight but huge on feminine loveliness! Hailing from the brand Lapis and datint to c. 1990s - 2000s, this well-made skirt is comprised of a floral print outer layer over a solid black inner layer. Both layers are very lightweight and likely made from polyester or a polyester blend (the fabric content tag is no longer present).
