The tag says Navy but to me, it looks closer to black It's probably a very deep and dark blue or a bluish black It's really not easy to tell It is hick and relatively heavy Sure to keep you warm during the cold season The knit is made of 4 fabrics, 35% acrylic 30% cotton, 25% nylon and 10% wool No buttons or zips New with Tags Note : Red Squad is/was a Le Chateau line. There is both a Le Chateau and Red Squad tag attached to thiis garnment

colorbuff @joanne_hoekstra Oh my God! You are right. I never noticed. I'll tell you what. I will take a look at it in natural lighting, perhaps outside tomorrow. Maybe it's an extremely dark shade of navy. That or I am color blind . So I will ask my husband and my son for their opinion as well, and I'll get back to you.

colorbuff @joanne_hoekstra I am looking at it under the brightest of light right now and I do detect a bluish hue. So it's either a bluish black an ultra dark blue. I will make that clear in the decription and title
