LE CHATEAU lined sleeveless black peplum top

In good condition! Please note the hanging strings have been removed and on the inside on one side, some threads have broken and come loose (see pics). Can be easily fixed or left as is. There is also a small snag on the inside of the top (see pics). Top is lined and zips up on the side
