Chic top with a bold brown and white design. Ideal for everyday wear. I think the person who owned this cut the ties at the mid back. But there's still room to tie so based on this i've put it as a small but the breats are not that small. PTP closed and tied is 12' to 14" with stretch. You could rig something up as this is too cute to pass up. Love the collar neck.
