LEGO City #8398 BBQ Stand

Small lego set, includes all pieces and part of the instructions. There isn't any instructions on how to assemble the set but it's pretty straight forward. I can send the set partially assembled. Only one flaw and that's on the lego man (pictured) See last picture for size comparison.
