LEVI'S | 631 vintage denim orange tab high waist tapered leg mom jeans size 27

Size 27 Levi's 631 orange tag tapered vintage jeans. Good vintage condition. Some frey at bottom of leg (see photos). Measurements: waist 13.5 inches length 37.5 inches Inseam 12 inches I believe these are from the 90s but may be even earlier. Not sure on how to read the date code.
