What are the measurements shoulder to shoulder, armpit to armpit, and waist? Any damage of any kind? Thanks!

@nz78 added some pics with measurements. There’s no shoulder seam with this design. I’d say around 21 but look at my pic. PTP and waist are about 23 in. Length around 19 in.
It’s in new condition. Don’t see any damage or flaws. Purchased new but have never worn. It’s been in my corking canvas sweater storage bag. The colour doesn’t suit me.
