LIP SERVICE Blue Velvet Corset Jacket

Absolutely iconic, gorgeous, pristine, deep blue velvet jacket/blazer by the one and only Lip Service. I have no idea on the era it was made unfortunately, and regardless of its beautiful next-to-new condition, it could very well be vintage. Any clues on the year or decade it was made? Please let me know. Please note this same jacket in black (though appears nearly purple...) in many of the photos. Be assured, the one for sale is a vibrant blue - as seen in the first several photos. This is so difficult for me to give up, but as Lip Service is known for, it's size runs more like an XS, and is now slightly too tight for me in the arms and I can barely button it up - though it also looks beautiful worn open. Bust measures 34" Waist approx. 25" There is no stretch although small adjustments could be made to the corsetted back. It is very unlikely to ever see this piece for sale again, although I would be open to trade for it... in a perfect world, for the same jacket in size M but I'm open to discuss.
