Like-new. My niece wore this once for a fall wedding where she was a flower girl. Except for the sleeves, the dress is fully lined and has several layers of tulle. The outer layer of tulle has gold dots throughout. Beautiful beaded detail along the front waist are made of little gold flowers with rhinestones. They're fully covered in tulle so as to prevent little hands from picking them off! 😉 Back of waist is tied with gold ribbon and closed with a teardrop zipper. Pet and smoke-free home.
